This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams in a multi-ERP environment.

- Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and project managers
- Contribute to API integrations and system interface discussions
- Support digital transformation and process optimization initiatives
- Work across different ERP systems depending on project needs
Profiel
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of business processes (experience in insurance is a plus)
- Good technical knowledge (APIs, integrations, data flows, system architecture concepts)
- Experience working with ERP systems
- SAP knowledge is a strong asset, but not mandatory (experience with other ERPs is highly valued)
- Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders
